She found out that the total amount of water in both tanks was 24000 mℓ. She then poured another 800 mℓ of water into Tank S to fill it to the brim. What was the height of Tank S?
Base area of Tank S
= 40 x 10
= 400 cm²

Height of 800 mℓ of water in Tank S 
= 800 ÷ 400
= 2 cm

Base area of Tank T
= 40 x 20 
= 800 cm²

Combined base areas of Tank S and Tank T
= 400 + 800
= 1200 cm²

Height of 24000 mℓ of water if based on the combined areas of Tank S and Tank T
= 24000 ÷ 1200
= 20 cm

Height of Tank S
= 20 + 2
= 22 cm
