Volume of water in smallest container after 50 min
= 22 x 10
= 220 cm³

1 mℓ = 1 cm³
0.7 mℓ = 0.7 cm³

Volume of water lost during 50 min
= 0.7 x 50
= 35 cm³

Volume of water that would be in the container after 50 min if there was no crack
= 220 + 35
= 255 cm³

Rate of the flow of water from the faucet
= 255 ÷ 50
