A store owner had the same number of dragonfruits, grapefruits and pears at first. After 65 pears, some dragonfruits and grapefruits were removed, there were 173 fruits left. There were four times as many dragonfruits as grapefruits left. The number of pears left was 16 fewer than the number of dragonfruits. How many grapefruits were removed?
