A fruit seller had the same number of starfruits, mangosteens and grapefruits at first. After 140 grapefruits, some starfruits and mangosteens were thrown away, there were 193 fruits left. There were twice as many starfruits as mangosteens left. The number of grapefruits left was 17 less than the number of starfruits. How many mangosteens were thrown away?
