A fruit seller had the same number of kiwis, grapefruits and guavas at first. After 54 guavas, some kiwis and grapefruits were given away, there were 123 fruits left. There were four times as many kiwis as grapefruits left. The number of guavas left was 39 less than the number of kiwis. How many grapefruits were given away?
