Fanny had two streamers of the same length. She cut the first streamer into equal parts of length 60 cm and to each part she tied 2 green cartoon cutouts. After that, she cut the second streamer into equal parts of length 100 cm and to each part she tied 4 white cartoon cutouts. When she finished tying, she counted that there were 10 more white cartoon cutouts than green cartoon cutouts. How many cartoon cutouts were there altogether?

Number of equal parts	300 ÷ 60 = 5	300 ÷ 100 = 3

LCM of 60 and 100 = 300

Number of sets of 2 green cartoon cutouts in a length of 300 cm
= 300 ÷ 60
= 5

Number of green cartoon cutouts in a length of 300 cm
= 5 x 2
= 10

Number of sets of 4 white cartoon cutouts in a length of 300 cm
= 300 ÷ 100
= 3

Number of white cartoon cutouts in a length of 300 cm
= 3 x 4
= 12

Extra number of white cartoon cutouts in a length of 300 cm
= 12 - 10
= 2

Number of sets of cartoon cutouts
= 10 ÷ 2
= 5

Total number of cartoon cutouts in one set of 300 cm of green balloons and one set of 300 cm of white balloons
= 10 + 12
= 22

Total number of cartoon cutouts of the two streamers
= 5 x 22
= 110
