Volume of water
= 50 x 20 x 20
= 20000 cm³ 

Combined base area
= (50 x 20) + (24 x 20) + (15 x 8)
= 1000 + 480 + 120
= 1600 cm² 

Height of water after pouring
= 20000 ÷ 1600
= 12.5 cm

Difference in the height of water
= 20 - 12.5
= 7.5 cm

Volume of water poured out of Container B
= 50 x 20 x 7.5
= 7500 cm³
