The remaining amount of water in the tank is later poured into a container that contains 30 litres of water. The water is then drained out through a tap found at the bottom of the container at 30 litres per minute.

Difference in height when 12 pots were scooped out
= 60 - 44

Volume of 12 pots
= 150 x 70 x 16

= 14 ℓ

= 150 x 70 x 44
= 462000 cm

Total volume of water to drain
= 462000 + 30000
= 492000 mℓ
