A rectangular tank measuring 60 cm by 48 cm by 38 cm was filled with water to a height of 28 cm at first. After 8 completely filled identical jugs of water were poured into the tank, the new water level in the tank became 31 cm.

- How much more water would be needed to fill the tank completely? (Give your answer in litres.)
