A rectangular tank measuring 55 cm by 45 cm by 36 cm was filled with water to a height of 22 cm at first. After 6 completely filled identical jugs of water were poured into the tank, the new water level in the tank became 32 cm.
- Find the volume of water in each jug in cubic centimetres.
- How much more water would be needed to fill the tank completely? (Give your answer in litres.)

= 32 - 22
= 10 cm
Total volume of water added
= 45 x 55 x 10
= 24750 cm

= 24750 ÷ 6
= 4125 cm

= 36 - 32
= 4 cm
Volume of water needed to fill the tank completely
= 45 x 55 x 4
