The number of lemons and passion fruits in the end is equal.

30 - 5 u = 18 - 1 u

Wendy ate for 3 days from Tuesday onwards.  At the end of Thursday, there would be an equal number of passion fruits and lemons left.

Number of days from Tuesday to Friday = 4

Number of passion fruits left on Friday
= 30 - (5 x 4)
= 30 - 20
= 10

Number of lemons left on Friday
= 18 - (1 x 4)
= 18 - 4
= 14

Number of lemons more than passion fruits
= 14 - 10
= 4
