The number of starfruits and lemons in the end is equal.

23 - 3 u = 13 - 1 u

Nicole ate for 5 days from Tuesday onwards.  At the end of Saturday, there would be an equal number of lemons and starfruits left.

Number of lemons left on Sunday
= 23 - (3 x 6)
= 23 - 18
