Number of apple muffins = 4 u
Number of chocolate chip muffins = 2 x 4 u = 8 u

Number of more chocolate chip muffins than cherry muffins
= 8 u - 1 u 
= 7 u

7 u = 70

1 u = 70 ÷ 7 = 10

Number of apple muffins
= 4 u
= 4 x 10
= 40

Number of chocolate chip muffins
= 8 u
= 8 x 10
= 80

= 10 + 40 + 80
