Number of chocolate chip shortbreads = 2 u
Number of cranberry shortbreads = 2 x 2 u = 4 u

Number of more cranberry shortbreads than cheese shortbreads
= 4 u - 1 u 
= 3 u

3 u = 75

1 u = 75 ÷ 3 = 25

Number of chocolate chip shortbreads
= 2 u
= 2 x 25
= 50

Number of cranberry shortbreads
= 4 u
= 4 x 25
= 100

Total number of shortbreads that he baked
= 25 + 50 + 100
