After receiving the lollipops from Ahmad, Tammy and Sam had the same number of lollipops. How many lollipops did Tammy receive from Ahmad?

Total number of lollipops = 12 u

Number of lollipops that Tammy had in the end 
= 12 u ÷ 2
= 6 u

Number of lollipops that Ahmad had at first = 5 u 

5 u = 375

1 u = 375 ÷ 5 = 75

Number of lollipops that Tammy received from Ahmad
= 6 u - 3 u
= 3 u
= 3 x 75
= 225
