When Rachel covered ¹₂ the distance, Kimberly was 2.5 km in front of her. Kimberly reached the finishing line at 11.29 a.m. What time did Rachel reach the finishing line?
If Kimberly continued to cycle until Rachel reaches the finishing point, the extra distance she covered
= 2 x 2.5
= 5 km

Time taken by Rachel to complete the race
= Time taken by Kimberly to cycle 5 km
