Usha travelled = ¹₂ d - 500 m
Kimberly travelled = ¹₂ d + 500 m

Distance that Kimberly travelled more than Usha
= ¹₂ d + 500 - (¹₂ d - 500)
= ¹₂ d + 500 - ¹₂ d + 500
= 1000 m
= 1 km

Time that Kimberly took to travel to the church
= 1 ÷ 10
= ¹₁₀ h

Distance that Kimberly travelled
= ¹₁₀ x 80
= 8 km

1000 m = 1 km
500 m = 0.5 km

Distance between Usha's house and the flower shop
= 8 - 0.5
= 7.5 km
