Upon reaching the end of the pathway, Min rested for 5 minutes. She then immediately ran back along the same route at 4 m/s. At 10.40 a.m., Linda met Min.

Duration that Min ran = 40 -  5 = 35 min

= 2 x 2400

Distance that Min ran
= 4 x 2100
= 8400 m

Distance that Linda and Min ran
= 4800 + 8400
= 13200 m

13200 m = 13200 ÷ 1000 = 13.2 km
