For Julian and Ella,
Mass of the lighter one = 1 u
Mass of the heavier one = 1 u + 2

Total mass of Julian and Ella
= 1 u + 1 u + 2
= 2 u + 2

2 u + 2 = 70 
2 u = 70 - 2
2 u = 68

1 u = 68 ÷ 2 = 34

The mass of the four children in consecutive order is 34, 35, 36 and 37.

= 34 + 36 + 37
