Eric and Liam started jogging from the same point. Liam started jogging 3 minutes earlier than Eric. Eric's jogging speed was 400 m/min and Liam's jogging speed was 250 m/min. They went in the same direction and did not change their speeds throughout.

= 5 + 3
= 8 min

Distance that Liam would have jogged when Eric caught up with him
= 8 x 250
