Tom and Fred started jogging from the same point. Fred started jogging 5 minutes earlier than Tom. Tom's jogging speed was 200 m/min and Fred's jogging speed was 150 m/min. They went in the same direction and did not change their speeds throughout.

Time that Fred would had jogged when Tom caught up with him
= 15 + 5
= 20 min

Distance that Fred would have jogged when Tom caught up with him
= 20 x 150
= 3000 m
