John and Glen started jogging from the same point. Glen started jogging 8 minutes earlier than John. John's jogging speed was 400 m/min and Glen's jogging speed was 200 m/min. They went in the same direction and did not change their speeds throughout.

Time that Glen would had jogged when John caught up with him
= 8 + 8
= 16 min

Distance that Glen would have jogged when John caught up with him
= 16 x 200
= 3200 m
