The total number of apple croissants made up 44% of the total number of croissants they made. How many apple croissants did they make altogether?

Number of banana croissants in percent
= 100% - 44%
= 56%

1 u + 1 p + 148 = 56% --- (2)

56% - 44% = 148 - 100
12% = 48

1% = 48 ÷ 12 = 4
