Number of blouses that Lynn completed for from Wednesday to Sunday on the first week
= 3 x 8 + 2 x 13 
= 24 + 26
= 50

Number of blouses left to sew
= 152 - 50
= 102

Number of blouses that Lynn could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 8 + 2 x 13
= 40 + 26
= 66

Number of weeks that Lynn needed to sew 102 blouses
= 102 ÷ 66
= 1 r 36

Number of days that Lynn needed to sew 36 blouses
= 36 ÷ 8
= 4 r 4

Lynn needed 1 more day to finish sewing the remaining 4 blouses.
