Number of vests that Rachel completed for from Tuesday to Sunday on the first week
= 4 x 6 + 2 x 9 
= 24 + 18
= 42

Number of vests left to sew
= 213 - 42
= 171

Number of vests that Rachel could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 6 + 2 x 9
= 30 + 18
= 48

Number of weeks that Rachel needed to sew 171 vests
= 171 ÷ 48
= 3 r 27

Number of days that Rachel needed to sew 27 vests
= 27 ÷ 6
= 4 r 3

Rachel needed 1 more day to finish sewing the remaining 3 vests.
