Number of weekdays that Hazel sewed on the first week = 3

Number of blazers that Hazel completed for from Wednesday to Sunday on the first week
= 3 x 5 + 2 x 10 
= 15 + 20
= 35

Number of blazers left to sew
= 132 - 35
= 97

Number of blazers that Hazel could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 5 + 2 x 10
= 25 + 20
= 45

Number of weeks that Hazel needed to sew 97 blazers
= 97 ÷ 45
= 2 r 7

Number of days that Hazel needed to sew 7 blazers
= 7 ÷ 5
= 1 r 2

Hazel needed 1 more day to finish sewing the remaining 2 blazers.
