Jane had to sew 133 blazers. She sewed 5 blazers each day from Monday to Friday and 10 each day on Saturday and Sunday. Starting on a Thursday, on which day of the week did Jane finish sewing all the blazers? Give your answer in number. (Eg Mon = 1)
Number of weekdays that Jane sewed on the first week = 2

Number of blazers that Jane completed for from Thursday to Sunday on the first week
= 2 x 5 + 2 x 10 
= 10 + 20
= 30

Number of blazers left to sew
= 133 - 30
= 103

Number of blazers that Jane could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 5 + 2 x 10
= 25 + 20
= 45

Number of weeks that Jane needed to sew 103 blazers
= 103 ÷ 45
= 2 r 13

Number of days that Jane needed to sew 13 blazers
= 13 ÷ 5
= 2 r 3

Jane needed 1 more day to finish sewing the remaining 3 blazers.
