Number of blazers that Irene completed for from Wednesday to Sunday on the first week
= 3 x 6 + 2 x 12 
= 18 + 24
= 42

Number of blazers left to sew
= 105 - 42
= 63

Number of blazers that Irene could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 6 + 2 x 12
= 30 + 24
= 54

Number of weeks that Irene needed to sew 63 blazers
= 63 ÷ 54
= 1 r 9

Number of days that Irene needed to sew 9 blazers
= 9 ÷ 6
= 1 r 3

Irene needed 1 more day to finish sewing the remaining 3 blazers.
