Number of shirts that Rachel completed for from Tuesday to Sunday on the first week
= 4 x 5 + 2 x 11 
= 20 + 22
= 42

Number of shirts left to sew
= 149 - 42
= 107

Number of shirts that Rachel could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 5 + 2 x 11
= 25 + 22
= 47

Number of weeks that Rachel needed to sew 107 shirts
= 107 ÷ 47
= 2 r 13

Number of days that Rachel needed to sew 13 shirts
= 13 ÷ 5
= 2 r 3

Rachel needed 1 more day to finish sewing the remaining 3 shirts.
