Number of weekdays that Julie sewed on the first week = 3

Number of coats that Julie completed for from Wednesday to Sunday on the first week
= 3 x 6 + 2 x 9 
= 18 + 18
= 36

Number of coats left to sew
= 190 - 36
= 154

Number of coats that Julie could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 6 + 2 x 9
= 30 + 18
= 48

Number of weeks that Julie needed to sew 154 coats
= 154 ÷ 48
= 3 r 10

Number of days that Julie needed to sew 10 coats
= 10 ÷ 6
= 1 r 4

Julie needed 1 more day to finish sewing the remaining 4 coats.
