Number of blazers that Vanessa completed for from Wednesday to Sunday on the first week
= 3 x 8 + 2 x 11 
= 24 + 22
= 46

Number of blazers left to sew
= 192 - 46
= 146

Number of blazers that Vanessa could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 8 + 2 x 11
= 40 + 22
= 62

Number of weeks that Vanessa needed to sew 146 blazers
= 146 ÷ 62
= 2 r 22

Number of days that Vanessa needed to sew 22 blazers
= 22 ÷ 8
