Number of weekdays that Olivia sewed on the first week = 4

Number of dresses that Olivia completed for from Tuesday to Sunday on the first week
= 4 x 4 + 2 x 8 
= 16 + 16
= 32

Number of dresses left to sew
= 150 - 32
= 118

Number of dresses that Olivia could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 4 + 2 x 8
= 20 + 16
= 36

Number of weeks that Olivia needed to sew 118 dresses
= 118 ÷ 36
= 3 r 10

Number of days that Olivia needed to sew 10 dresses
= 10 ÷ 4
= 2 r 2

Olivia needed 1 more day to finish sewing the remaining 2 dresses.
