= 2 x 8 + 2 x 11 
= 16 + 22
= 38

Number of blouses left to sew
= 237 - 38
= 199

Number of blouses that Jean could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 8 + 2 x 11
= 40 + 22
= 62

Number of weeks that Jean needed to sew 199 blouses
= 199 ÷ 62
= 3 r 13

Number of days that Jean needed to sew 13 blouses
= 13 ÷ 8
= 1 r 5

Jean needed 1 more day to finish sewing the remaining 5 blouses.
