Number of weekdays that Kylie sewed on the first week = 3

Number of jackets that Kylie completed for from Wednesday to Sunday on the first week
= 3 x 7 + 2 x 12 
= 21 + 24
= 45

Number of jackets left to sew
= 175 - 45
= 130

Number of jackets that Kylie could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 7 + 2 x 12
= 35 + 24
= 59

Number of weeks that Kylie needed to sew 130 jackets
= 130 ÷ 59
= 2 r 12

Number of days that Kylie needed to sew 12 jackets
= 12 ÷ 7
= 1 r 5

Kylie needed 1 more day to finish sewing the remaining 5 jackets.
