Number of jumpsuits that Wendy completed for from Tuesday to Sunday on the first week
= 4 x 7 + 2 x 12 
= 28 + 24
= 52

Number of jumpsuits left to sew
= 135 - 52
= 83

Number of jumpsuits that Wendy could sew per week from second week onwards
= 5 x 7 + 2 x 12
= 35 + 24
= 59

Number of weeks that Wendy needed to sew 83 jumpsuits
= 83 ÷ 59
= 1 r 24

Number of days that Wendy needed to sew 24 jumpsuits
= 24 ÷ 7
= 3 r 3

Wendy needed 1 more day to finish sewing the remaining 3 jumpsuits.
