They collected $7 for a small cup of nuggets and $10 for a big cup of nuggets.

The table shows the number of cups sold by three of the teams.

= 12 x 7 + 9 x 10
= 84 + 90

Amount collected by Team Q
= 9 x 7 + 11 x 10
= 63 + 110
= $173

Since Team R and Team N sold the same number of cups but Team N collected $9 more, it means that Team R sold more big cups than Team N.

Difference in the amount collected for every one extra big cup sold by Team R
= 10 - 7
= $3

Number of extra big cups sold by Team R
= 9 ÷ 3
= 3

Number of big cups sold by Team R
= 2 + 3
= 5
