They collected $6 for a small cup of coke and $8 for a big cup of coke.

The table shows the number of cups sold by three of the teams.

Amount collected by Team W
= 14 x 6 + 9 x 8
= 84 + 72
= $156

Amount collected by Team X
= 8 x 6 + 13 x 8
= 48 + 104
= $152

Team V collected the least money.

Since Team W and Team Y sold the same number of cups but Team W collected $14 less, it means that Team Y sold more big cups than Team W.

Difference in the total amount collected between Team W and Team Y = $14

Difference in the amount collected for every one extra big cup sold by Team Y
= 8 - 6
= $2

Number of extra big cups sold by Team Y
= 14 ÷ 2
= 7

Number of small cups sold by Team Y
= 14 - 7
= 7
