They collected $8 for a small cup of nuggets and $10 for a big cup of nuggets.

The table shows the number of cups sold by three of the teams.

= 7 x 8 + 12 x 10
= 56 + 120

Since Team X and Team U sold the same number of cups but Team U collected $10 more, it means that Team X sold more big cups than Team U.

Difference in the total amount collected between Team X and Team U = $10

Difference in the amount collected for every one extra big cup sold by Team X
= 10 - 8
= $2

Number of extra big cups sold by Team X
= 10 ÷ 2
= 5

Number of big cups sold by Team X
= 5 + 5
= 10
