They collected $2 for a small cup of coke and $6 for a big cup of coke.

The table shows the number of cups sold by three of the teams.

3. Team G sold as many cups of coke as Team J but collected $20 less. How many small cups of coke did Team J sell?

= 14 x 2 + 9 x 6
= 28 + 54
= $82

Amount collected by Team H
= 6 x 2 + 11 x 6
= 12 + 66
= $78

Team F collected the least money.

Since Team G and Team J sold the same number of cups but Team G collected $20 less, it means that Team J sold more big cups than Team G.

Difference in the amount collected for every one extra big cup sold by Team J
= 6 - 2
= $4

Number of extra big cups sold by Team J
= 20 ÷ 4
= 5

Number of small cups sold by Team J
= 14 - 5
= 9
