Fraction of Abi's money spent on each windbreaker

= ¹₆₃

¹₉ of her money = 7 u
⁸₉ of her money = 8 x 7 u = 56 u

Abi's remaining money = 56 u

Cost of the ring
= ²₅ x 56 u
= 22.4 u

Amount that Abi spent more on the ring than on the 4 windbreakers
= 22.4 u - 4 u
= 18.4 u

18.4 u = 552

1 u = 552 ÷ 18.4 = 30
