= ¹₂₄

¹₆ of her money = 4 u
⁵₆ of her money = 5 x 4 u = 20 u

Jean's remaining money = 20 u

Cost of the necklace
= ³₈ x 20 u
= 7.5 u

Amount that Jean spent more on the necklace than on the 2 blazers
= 7.5 u - 2 u
= 5.5 u

5.5 u = 126.5

1 u = 126.5 ÷ 5.5 = 23

⁶₆ of her money = 6 x 4 u = 24 u

= 24 u
