Cost of 5 jumpsuits
= 5 x 1 u
= 5 u

Cost of 1 blazer = 2 u

Cost of 1 blazer and 5 jumpsuits
= 2 u + 5 u
= 7 u

Fraction of Tina's money spent on each jumpsuit
= ¹₇ x ¹₇
= ¹₄₉

¹₇ of her money = 7 u
⁶₇ of her money = 6 x 7 u = 42 u

Tina's remaining money = 42 u

Cost of the necklace
= ³₅ x 42 u
= 25.2 u

Amount that Tina spent more on the necklace than on the 5 jumpsuits
= 25.2 u - 5 u
= 20.2 u

20.2 u = 242.4

1 u = 242.4 ÷ 20.2 = 12
