Cost of 3 jumpsuits
= 3 x 1 u
= 3 u

Cost of 1 dress = 2 u

Cost of 1 dress and 3 jumpsuits

Fraction of Marion's money spent on each jumpsuit

= ¹₃₅

¹₇ of her money = 5 u
⁶₇ of her money = 6 x 5 u = 30 u

Marion's remaining money = 30 u

Cost of the bracelet
= ¹₂ x 30 u
= 15 u

Amount that Marion spent more on the bracelet than on the 3 jumpsuits
= 15 u - 3 u
= 12 u

12 u = 276

1 u = 276 ÷ 12 = 23

⁷₇ of her money = 7 x 5 u = 35 u
