⁸₉ of her money = 8 x 4 u = 32 u

Lucy's remaining money = 32 u

Cost of the necklace

Amount that Lucy spent more on the necklace than on the 2 blazers
= 8 u - 2 u
= 6 u

6 u = 84

1 u = 84 ÷ 6 = 14
