Number of pupils who chose vegetarian sandwiches is the least. So it is represented by the shortest bar.

Number of pupils who chose vegetarian sandwiches = 60

15% of pupils = 60

1% of pupils = 60 ÷ 15 = 4

Percent of pupils who chose chicken sandwiches = 40%
Percent of pupils who chose hotdog sandwiches = 20%

Percent of pupils who chose chicken and hotdog sandwiches
= 40% + 20%
= 60%

Total number of pupils who chose vegetarian and turkey sandwiches
= 60 x 4
= 240
