Number of pupils who chose mutton sandwiches = 30

15% of pupils = 30

Percent of pupils who chose egg sandwiches = 20%
Percent of pupils who chose chicken sandwiches = 30%

Percent of pupils who chose egg and chicken sandwiches
= 20% + 30%
= 50%

Total number of pupils who chose mutton and vegetarian sandwiches
= 50 x 2
