The students' choices were also represented by a bar graph but the names of the sandwiches were not shown. What was the total number of students who chose beef and vegetarian sandwiches?

Number of students who chose turkey sandwiches is the least. So it is represented by the shortest bar.

Number of students who chose turkey sandwiches = 10

5% of students = 10

1% of students = 10 ÷ 5 = 2

Percent of students who chose beef sandwiches = 50%
Percent of students who chose vegetarian sandwiches = 15%

Percent of students who chose beef and vegetarian sandwiches
= 50% + 15%
= 65%

Total number of students who chose turkey and mutton sandwiches
= 65 x 2
= 130
