Number of students who chose hotdog noodle sets = 15

5% of students = 15

1% of students = 15 ÷ 5 = 3

Percent of students who chose mutton noodle sets = 30%

Percent of students who chose chicken and mutton noodle sets
= 35% + 30%
= 65%
