Number of pupils who chose tuna sandwiches is the least. So it is represented by the shortest bar.

Number of pupils who chose tuna sandwiches = 30

10% of pupils = 30

1% of pupils = 30 ÷ 10 = 3

Percent of pupils who chose turkey sandwiches = 20%
Percent of pupils who chose hotdog sandwiches = 30%

Percent of pupils who chose turkey and hotdog sandwiches
= 20% + 30%
= 50%

Total number of pupils who chose tuna and turkey sandwiches
= 50 x 3 
= 150
