Number of pupils who chose egg sandwiches = 15

5% of pupils = 15

1% of pupils = 15 ÷ 5 = 3

Percent of pupils who chose tuna sandwiches = 45%
Percent of pupils who chose beef sandwiches = 25%

Percent of pupils who chose tuna and beef sandwiches
= 45% + 25%
= 70%

Total number of pupils who chose egg and turkey sandwiches
= 70 x 3
= 210
